Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "m365", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the m365 platform operating at m365.bar, including all services, products, and features made available through the platform.
• "Platform" means the m365 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at m365.bar.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the m365 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the m365 platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome offered through the m365 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus balances credited to your account in connection with a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means the funds deposited by you into your account using a supported payment method and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total wagering turnover required before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" or "৳" means the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all financial transactions on the m365 platform.

References to a singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms & Conditions are written in English, and the English version governs in the event of any inconsistency with a translation.

Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age. Use of the m365 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. m365 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.

2.2 Verification. m365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or valid driving licence. You may also be required to provide proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by m365 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility. The m365 platform is designed and operated primarily for players residing in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. m365 does not represent or warrant that the platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside its intended operational territory.

2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the m365 platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration. To access the full range of m365 services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as prompted. You agree to update your account information promptly should any details change.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is truthful and accurate. m365 reserves the right to close any account found to have been registered using false, misleading, or incomplete information and to void any wagers placed using such an account.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes — strictly confidential. You must notify m365 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. m365 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your m365 account at any time by contacting our support team. Requests to close an account on responsible gaming grounds will be processed with priority. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure, subject to verification and these Terms, will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

3.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. m365 will notify you by the contact information on file before applying any dormancy policy. Administrative fees may apply to dormant accounts as detailed in the fee schedule published on the platform from time to time.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Methods. m365 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). m365 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit per transaction is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed at the time of deposit. m365 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to players who have completed identity verification as described in Section 2.2. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the same business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Funds will be returned only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless otherwise approved by m365.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw funds prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

4.5 Suspicious Transactions. m365 monitors all financial transactions for signs of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity. m365 reserves the right to delay or block any transaction that raises compliance concerns and to report such transactions to the relevant authorities where legally required.

4.6 Transaction Fees. m365 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money or banking provider may apply their own transaction charges. m365 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the m365 platform are subject to the general betting rules published on the platform and the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game. In the event of a conflict between general and specific rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

5.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is not considered accepted by m365 until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. m365 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at odds that were published in error.

5.3 Insufficient Funds. m365 will not accept a bet that exceeds the available real money or bonus balance in your account at the time the bet is placed. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available before placing a wager.

5.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. Live market odds are subject to change at any time. m365 may suspend or close in-play markets at its discretion, including during technical delays in the receipt of live data. Bets accepted during a market suspension may be voided.

5.5 Casino and Live Casino Games. All casino games available on m365 are supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by the providers' certified random number generator (RNG) systems. m365 does not control individual game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers and are available on request.

5.6 Voided Bets. Bets may be voided by m365 in circumstances including but not limited to: events being abandoned or postponed without resumption within the specified timeframe; obvious pricing errors; force majeure events; and evidence of match manipulation or corruption.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Offer Availability. Bonuses and promotional offers are made available at m365's discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements may vary.

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each registered player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household members constitutes bonus abuse and is subject to the provisions of Section 7.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the period specified in the individual promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable.

6.5 m365 Right to Reclaim. m365 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds, associated winnings, and in cases of demonstrable fraud, real money deposits if it determines that bonus offers have been claimed through abuse, collusion, or in breach of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

7.1 Prohibited Activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m365 platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or pricing systems.
• Laundering money or using the platform for any financially criminal purpose.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with the fair operation of the platform or the experience of other users.

7.2 Consequences. m365 reserves the right, upon detection or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all associated bets and transactions, and withhold any balance pending investigation. m365 further reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant financial and law enforcement authorities.

7.3 Fraud Detection. m365 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. By using the platform, you consent to your activity being monitored for fraud prevention, compliance, and responsible gaming purposes.

Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the m365 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and the compilation and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of m365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. m365 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content.

8.3 Prohibited Use. You may not use any m365 trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, imply affiliation with m365, or disparage or discredit m365, without prior written consent.

Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by m365 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the m365 platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9.2 Data You Provide. You agree that m365 may process personal data you provide during registration and platform use — including your name, contact details, payment information, and gaming history — for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and platform improvement.

9.3 Third-Party Providers. m365 shares certain data with third-party service providers, including game providers and payment processors, strictly to the extent necessary for service delivery. These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

9.4 Security. m365 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. While m365 implements industry-standard security measures, no online transmission is completely secure, and m365 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

Responsible Gaming

10.1 Commitment. m365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal hardship, we encourage you to use the tools available to manage your play.

10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a short period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from the platform for a minimum of 6 months or indefinitely.

Self-exclusion requests submitted to m365 will be processed within 24 hours.

10.4 Age Restriction. m365 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability. m365 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available continuously and without interruption. However, m365 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access and accepts no liability for losses caused by platform downtime, technical failures, network disruptions, or events beyond m365's reasonable control.

11.2 Accuracy of Information. While m365 takes care to ensure that odds, game information, and account balances displayed on the platform are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. m365 reserves the right to correct manifest errors and is not liable for losses resulting from your reliance on inaccurate information caused by a system error.

11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m365 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the m365 platform.

11.4 Maximum Liability. Where m365's liability cannot be excluded by law, m365's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your m365 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.5 Third-Party Content. m365 is not responsible for the content, practices, or terms of any third-party game providers or payment processors whose services are integrated into the platform. Your use of third-party services is governed by those providers' own terms and conditions.

Amendments to Terms

12.1 Right to Amend. m365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the m365 platform with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, m365 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users by the contact information on file.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the m365 platform following publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.

12.3 Version History. Previous versions of the Terms & Conditions are archived and available on request by contacting [email protected]. The version currently published on the platform is the operative version.

Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement arising from your use of the m365 platform, you should first contact the m365 support team at [email protected]. m365 is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 business days.

13.2 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described in clause 13.1, the parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings. Details of the escalation process are available from our support team on request.

13.3 Governing Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. The English language version shall govern in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any translation or summary provided for informational purposes.

13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and m365 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations relating to that subject matter.
